We do not permanently store any audio files you upload. All original uploaded audio and temporary files, intermediate results, and final tracks generated during the audio separation process are only temporarily cached in server memory during task execution, and will be immediately, permanently, and irrecoverably deleted from all our systems upon task completion.

Please download and back up your files promptly after processing. We are not responsible for file loss resulting from failure to download in a timely manner.

You retain full and exclusive intellectual property rights and related legal interests in all files, content, and processing results uploaded to this application. This application does not claim any ownership, copyright, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights over your uploaded content or generated results.

You only grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable temporary license necessary to complete the audio separation service, which automatically terminates upon service completion.

When using this service, you must strictly comply with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, the service provider's location, and all applicable international laws.

You warrant that the uploaded content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal interests, and does not contain any illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, or nationally harmful content. You bear sole responsibility for all legal liabilities and losses arising from your violation of these terms.
